Development Tiles - enlarged

Enlarged the development tile holder to...hold all my development tiles. The original is pretty much undocumented, but from staring at the few pics the author appears to have 3 fewer development tiles than I do.

I also couldn't make sense of the sizing of the three trays, so just enlarged the third one. If someone can explain the logic I'd be happy to make it more sensible...I just alphabetized the tiles anyway since I teach the game a lot and play different modes.
