DeWalt 7491 table saw zero clearance insert end

I wanted a template for making zero clearance inserts for my DW7491 table saw. This is a very simple template that lets you cut the rounded ends accurately with a flush-trim bit on the router. They cover the semi-circular ends and 2 cm of the straight section each.

Print two, put them in the table saw slot with the circular pad facing upwards. Put double sided tape on the circular pad and then stick your insert blank to them. Rout around the template, trim the sides to fit and add a couple of nails at the end to match the retention nubs.
