DeWalt bandsaw Dw 738 insert

This is a insert for the DeWalt bandsaw Dw 738

It’s thicker than the original part, this for strength. Bud it wil sit flush with the table. I set the infill to 50%, Extrusion Multiplier tot 110%, Extrusion Width to 0,55mm (0,4 mm Nozzle) and the top, bottom and Perimeter shells to 6 Layers. This for additional strength. I can only print in PLA. I printed one with 25% inlay and normal settings but it broke when a piece of wood smashed it to if when I got caught by the saw blade.
