DeWalt Circle Jig Remix

The original design works well, except that the machine bolts that attach the router to the plate drag on material. I modified the original to allow a second plate to be cut with a "countersink" area. Glue the two plates together and you should be good to go. I also converted the text labels to paths and altered the colors of interior cuts so that if your machine allows sequencing orders of operations you can cut internal circles first. Intended to be cut from 3mm ply, but would likely work in 6mm, though you might need longer machine screws than come with the router.

For a GlowForge you would:
1. Black (text labels) = Score or engrave.
2. Purple = Cut
3. Red = Cut
