Dewalt DW 443 adapter TPU

Modified the original AragornLP-made adapter a bit to fit to my purposes and printed in TPU.

Modifications:
-thickened walls to 3mm, 2mm were a bit too flimsy to be made out of TPU, tried that one first. If printed in PLA - I think they would have been ok.
-added a step inside to attach to the groove on Dewalt dust outlet.
On my first version I had to cut away a small portion of the step to be able to install. Fixed the model afterwards - havent tried the modified but that is pretty
close to my modifications on the previous version.
-modified the vacuum outlet to have ID of 37mm to fit my particular extension hose (originally a part of some giraffe wall sander)
