Replacement Pad and backing block for the DeWalt extra large trigger clamp.
Print the "Insert" with a non flexible material, I used PLA without supports on a Prusa MK4S
Print the "Pad" in TPU (again without supports)
I have included the Solidworks files in case someone wants to improve or extend this solution
