DeWalt Zero Clearance Insert with Latch (DWE7480)

I designed this insert because I couldn’t find a suitable option for my saw. Hopefully, it helps others who are looking for a similar solution. This is a one-piece print for maximum strength and simplicity, but it can be split into multiple parts if needed for smaller printers. Tested on the DEWALT DWE7480 Compact Jobsite Table Saw, this insert can also be adapted to other compatible models. It features a tight, precise fit in the table opening to minimize tear-out and support cleaner cuts. The design includes adjustable leveling set screws, a redesigned latch mechanism, and clear lock/unlock labeling for ease of use. An open slot is integrated for the riving knife, maintaining safety without compromising functionality.
