DFC-2D

DFC-2D- Hybrid cradle that is very similar to DFC-2B, but the mid-plate and distributor protector is made out of ¾” material. If you are concerned about ½” where it meets the firewall this adds ¾” of meet where it contacts. Everything else is ½” material where it is a little less critical. As always weld on a block, and with material this thick depending on if you are using laser or plasma you may have to clean some holes up a little more or grind a little bit to get parts to fit. Usually plasma likes a minimum of 1:1 hole size to material thickness, and with a smaller hole it will put a little more taper in it.
