DFT Template - 4x6

This is a template for taking dry film thickness (DFT) coating measurements on a 4x6 inch panel. This template allows for 5 measurements. In accordance with SSPC PA-2 there should be 3 readings per measurement location, and the numbers next to each location correspond to those readings (e.g., 1-3, 4-6, ..., 13-15).
