This is simple "Diabetes" text created as a joke to use next to our candy dishes.
It was made with https://text2stl.mestres.fr/en-us/generator, the font is Norican. The kerning was shrunk so the letters would touch, but the text generator tool generated a file with several gaps.
Had to use Tinkercad to plug the holes.
