The case for my dial Caliper was breaking and getting in the way of other tools in my box. I decided to make this replacement case.

Little did I know that this project was beyond the current limits of my printer. I have a Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro C dual extruder printer. While the dual extruder is nice, it tends to limit the X travel. I had to modify my printer to get a few more mm movement out of it. Even at that, the slicer I use for some reason also limits the placement of the print.
Currently, after the modifications, I get about 180 mm in X and 198mm in Y direction with a 'single' extruder running. Yes, both extruders don't go to the very end of the glass plate in the x motion.

This usually hasn't been a problem until I try to print something that is 212 mm in length like this case!
So to print this, I had to place the item at an angle. But as this is at the limit of my printer, changes of 1/2 degree in placement made the difference of the print fitting on the bed o
