Diamond hotend print cooler

Added a new version with a thicker shell, for people with less well calibrated printers. I used the slim version, and have not testet the fat version (thicker shell) so let me know how the fat version works, if you choose to print that, please.

I have also uploaded source files. It was modeled in SpaceClaim, but I have added IGES and Rhino versions.

UPDATE: The new "Cooler_V3.stl" is the final version of this. It has a large air stream and is more directed towards the print it self. Despite the 5mm free air overhang, I printed it without support and it printed fine.
