Dice Gumball Machine This is a mechanical dice gumball machine to spice up your DnD and other dice based games. Perhaps you want to randomize inspiration dice, allow players to gamble rolls on potentially getting more dice than a weapon should do, or make dice a one-time use resource to be managed, this is sure to have an impact on the game. Printing I ended up using a variety of filaments to print this machine, but be warned, it's a lot of total filament. Most things can be printed in standard PLA, however the handle, shaft, and gear may benefit from stronger filaments like ABS. The “glass” bowl on top doesn't need to be printed in transparent filament, but I used transparent PETG to mimic the illusion of glass. It's possible to print the bowl as a single piece, but I found two parts better in testing. The dice holders can be printed in whatever material you wanted.
