Dice Jig -- (188mm x 288mm)
[36 count 16mm Dice - 6 of most other common sizes]
Cut the Tray File First.
Engrave the X/Y Home Spot from that file to align your lasers NEW X/Y Home Position.
Once aligned, you can engrave/cut the Jig file itself.
This gives you the precision alignment you need etching dice.
Engrave and Cut the Jig using the Jig file.
The Jig file is also used to lay out your dice etching to align to the jig.
If you put all six dice faces into slots 1-6 of a row, you can use a single file to etch a set of 6 dice.
You rotate the dice in the arrows direction (down = roll the dice towards you, right = roll it right)
then place it in the next slot on that row. This is easier if you work from the end (right side) backwards.
That is why there is an extra slot at the end. Once you have moved all other dice along, you can
just pick up the dice moved to the extra slot and place it at the beginning.
The 15mm Last Slot Alignment Test is used to test alignmen
