Dice Miner Mountain and Box Insert

There is an STL on the official dice miner website, but it doesn't fit in the box. I saw another that was designed to, but they'd just chopped the top off and it didn't look good to meThis retains the aestetics and also adds two bowls for the dice and a holder for the cards/bookAll fits in the box very nicely
