DieBieMS OLED display frame

This frame helps to bring a nice finish to the OLED display of the DieBieMS (see project here : https://github.com/DieBieEngineering/DieBieMS ).
In case of you are not really precised with your 10 fingers, this will hide the ugly cutouts made for the display.

Supports are required if you want a better finish by printing it upside-down (the frame not on the bed).
