Difficult Terrain Template - The Eightpints

This is the simple truth of the wastes: everything here wants to slow you down, even the ground itself. 'Difficult Terrain' isn't lethal, but it's a trap for the slow and the stupid. It’s that deep, grasping mire from the Mire, or the shifting rubble from a collapsed fortress wall. It kills momentum faster than a stray bullet. When you step into it, you burn precious time and actions just to get back to solid ground. A good tactician never gets caught standing still in the open, but a great one forces the enemy to spend their entire turn stuck in the mud while the axes fall.
