Diffuser Pour Spout for Watering Can

I had a small, cheap watering can that came with just the one large hole of the spout. I like it's size but wanted something to diffuse the water into smaller streams. This one has an inside diameter that tapers from 11mm to 12.5mm over a 20mm length so I can slide onto a spout or hose that is between 11 and 12.5mm OD. It can probably be scaled to some degree but if you scale up too large then the holes for the water will also enlarge.
