Digital Pressure Sensor

Weighing over a little of five grams, this sensor can be easily 3D printed to fit its function. With almost nil overhangs and no angles shy of 45 degrees, making a perfect design for a 3D printer. Also with minimal parts the weight has been reduced, fastened with snap fit instead of screws, gives off a huge relief in the tolerance. This design serves well in its functionality, it carries a provision to set up a digital display and also provision to accommodate chips varying in width. A separate FEA and CFD analysis have been carried out to test the strength and the flow trajectory. ABS serves as a suitable plastic, giving good strength as well as high strength to mass ratio.
