This is a tool head for the Dillon Precision reloading machines XL650 and XL750. Please note that this is a plastic tool head. It is not a aluminium or steel tool head. Its plastic. When reloading range pic you have a variety of makes of brass where the primer is fitted unequally hard leading to different need of force to decap the brass. As I found it disrupting decaping in the same move as adding powder and seating a bullet I found myself looking for a solution to decap my 9mm brass in a separate operation stage. Doing it in a single press took forever and investing in a Armanov or a original toolhead just for the decap tool were a bit steep. Drawing my own were the solution. Please note that this is a plastic tool head. It is not a aluminium or steel tool head. Its plastic. With a LEE universal decap tool it will decap 9mm without any problem. I doubt that it will stand the pressure of decaping and resizing, at least not over time. I also doubt that it will hold up for bullet seatin
