A visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art inspired me to create this test object. Four 100mm diameter hoops in the XY, YZ, XZ and XYZ planes. The XYZ hoop is at 45°. Hoops are 10mm thick. Each hoop has 7 holes ranging from 7mm to 1mm in diameter. There are also square cutouts at each quarter that are 6mm diagonal (4.243mm edge). Measure the dimensions of each hoop to verify your printer's accuracy on all axes. Measure the holes (especially on the XY hoop) to see if your printer is over extruding - the 1mm hole will be filled. Print without supports. Depending on how good your printer's part cooling is, you may have drooping on the inside of the tops of YZ and XZ hoops, less likely for the XYZ hoop. There is a critical point halfway up where the YZ and XZ hoops are just a few thin walls. Overextrusion, a dirty head, etc. will cause the print to fail at this point. Please let me know if you want other features added to this test object.
