Some of my kids are reaching that age where black lights are so cool, and have collected a few glow prints as well. Made up a simple modular light bar that holds two 8mm LED strips and connects to a very small box to drive them. The angles are such that the UV light is pointed more directly back while the white light still casts out at a more usable angle for reading without being directly in your line of sight. The box has a mini PWM motor controller and SPDT switch to control dimming and select which LED strip is enabled. Power is provided via a 5521 jack. No glues or screws are needed for assembly, only some VHB tape to mount the bar in it's final position. Because of the shape of the bar, you don't need adhesive strips for this to work. They slot in and are retained, so they can't fall off or sag. Included are the following parts:Red - the “male” bar has one end closed and one end with a male component (I didn't use this).Green - the “extension” bar is male one one
