Disclaimer: Use at your own risk. There is no certainty of print quality. I have had no issues with strength or delamination, but your holds may break on you. Hold is designed to be mounted with #8 screws. You definitely want to make sure the flange for the screws is printing correctly. This is a sloper with two dimples and a rounded cutout in different spots, to allow for a variety of configurations. I placed mine on the wall with the larger cutout on bottom so it could be used as an undercling and a sloper. I used PETG but you want to make sure you like the texture first as this is a lot of plastic. I've found rubbing chalk into 3D printed holds drastically improves the grip, but doubly so for this one to get friction as a sloper. I increased walls and decreased infill and haven't noticed any compromise in strength so far. Video of this in use:
