DIN41612 Clip

I've just made some of these https://github.com/alvaroalea/QL_512kb_External_Expansion . for my sinclair QL. If using these internally on a QL, you need to open the case to recover the card or fit a string or even cable tie the cards together, this is a simple removable clip to hold them together. print two (one for either side)
