Behold! A bot!
1lb plastic ant class
A wedge with wheels, can be used as is, or you can modify it to have a weapon.
Soldering is required to build this bot.
Recommended parts list:
Repeat Robotics 16mm brushed gear motors, 2x (any 16mm brushed motors should work)
Malenki ESC/Transmitter (there are many other ESCs and transmitters that can work.)
Fingertech mini power switch
Lipo battery, 180 mah 2s minimum. Use a 3s battery for faster drive.
Banebots t40 wheels, 2 3/8" x4
Banebots t40 hub, 3mm x4
*Alternative configuration* You can use Fingertech hubs and foam wheels This will be lighter, but offer less grip. There's room for 2.5" wheels, but 2.25" should work, albet with minimal ground clearance.
You will also need:
A female JST or XT30 connector (match your battery.)
6x heat set anchors, m3 (5mm long or shorter)
M3 screws, (4x 10mm, and 2x 8mm)
20ga silicon wire. (or part of the pigtail from the connector.)
