I have designed this filament guide to prevent excessive wear on plastic extruder tension arm when I upgraded my Ender 3 to direct drive.
I am using the direct drive bracket by Madau3D: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3589452
Hardware required:
2x M3x38
1x M4x15
1x 608 Ball Bearing
If using a bearing, you will need to print two spacer files, one for each side of the bearing. I also included files if you do not have access to a ball bearing.
I trimmed the bottom of the bracket insert a little to fine tune the position of the bracket to the tension arm. Super glue will add extra strength to the bracket and base.
