Direct Mk7 extruder

A compact extruder that I remixed from various sources, but mainly from the excellent design in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:292437, its designed for a MK7 pulley, its easy to clean and tailored to fit snuggly to my E3D mount http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625337.

You will also need a 625 bearing with a M5x20 hex screw and nut as a rod, a M3x40 and M3 nut and spring for the adjusting screw, some M3 washers (two for the swivel for right spacing and smooth rotation) and M3x10 screws to fit to the Nema.
