Light weight Hand sanding block for 5" hook and loop discs.
You add one side of the hook and loop.
I made the first model from TPU for a little added flexibility.
Printed it at 30% infill, with 1.4 mm skin.
It is 143 grams at 12% infill using PLA...about a 13-14 hour print depending on your resolution, slower with TPU.
It works really great, some of the paper will overlap as is, but you can adjust the scale (up) to work with 6" sand paper -or what works best for your needs.
