Magnetic dish cloth hanger
The “hook” pice is friction fitted together and it swivels. If your sink isnt magnetic you can print the back pice witch makes it so its work in a clamping motion

I have noticed that the magnets I linked might be to week for this purpose!! So just take that in mind before ordering.
