Dishwasher Door Lock Latch Replacement

This dishwasher door lock latch is a replacement part when the metal part breaks. The part can be purchased from Amazon for $33 at https://a.co/d/afmwvO7 or printed for $0.10. This replaces part number DD66-00133A, AP5952174, and PS10058977. The part attaches at the top of the dishwasher tub and locks the door latch in place when the door is closed. I designed this to be printed sideways to maximize the part's strength. Please note that when you screw the part in place, apply a fair bit of force with the screw driver to ensure that the screw bites into the plastic. I printed this part with PETG, which is recommended for the strength and flexibility. Other plastics such as ABS and ASA will likely work, PLA may be a bit too rigid and soften when exposed to the heat cycle.
