Display housing for a 4-line display type 2004 with adjustable base.
The display housing is deliberately kept small and hardly larger than the board of the display.
The viewing angle can be easily and steplessly adjusted over a wide range by means of an articulated joint in the display foot.
The base plate is connected to the display housing by a countersunk screw M5 x 110mm and a M5 nut.
At the spigot-shaped ends of the base plate, 2cm silicone tube sections form a secure support.
The display board itself is fixed without screws. The lateral caps on the housing also serve as a support for the board by clamping it in position.
On the rear side there is a M12x1.5mm thread for a PG cable gland.
Due to the 10mm inner diameter of the silicone tube sections the display can be positioned scratch-free e.g. on a windscreen. It serves here as display for a compression tester.
The base plate can be printed without support.
The actual display housing requires support for printing.
