Ditting 804 Single Dose Hopper

This design introduces a compact, single dose hopper to the Ditting 804 coffee grinder.

This is a 3 part design, two of which are included here for printing. The last part (flat plate) can be pulled from the stock hopper. The screw holes on the base are undersized. You can either ream these holes with a drill bit or install the stock screws with just a fair bit of force.

The upper funnel portion is attached to the base with 2x M5x16 bolts and 2x M5 nuts.

The base is ~.75" and the upper funnel is ~1.0" tall, so the entire hopper is less than 2" in height.

The hopper holds ~25g (as pictured), but I recommend feeding while the grinder is on. Popcorning is somewhat prevented by the anti-popcorn bar, but bits may escape.

I've included another (much larger) hopper for those who don't have size restrictions but still want the compact workflow for single dosing. This alternative includes a plunger.
