Everyone wants custom shoulder pads but it sounds like a lot of work to make them yourself. I made this as a tutorial and with some files which will make it a walk in the park to make your own shoulderpads (tutorial is for tinkercad). In the pictures of the files you can't really see how it will work, but just download it and read the tutorial and you are ready to go :).
