DIY Jump Rope

This is an easy to make jump rope. For better performace , use heavier rope.

Material list :

1. 3D printed handles (30 x 150mm)
2. 9 feet rope (5mm thick) made of plastic, nylon etc
3. two cable glands (PG7)

I am still searching for the best combination on the kind of rope and gland. Interestingly , I found a computer lan cable works best .
