This is an optical bench designed to experiment with 40 mm and 50 mm lenses and mirrors. These are the parts currently available:
- a 50 mm lens/mirror holder
- a 50 mm lens/mirror holder with the mounting hole in the same direction as the lens/mirror
- a 40 mm lens/mirror holder
- a 5 mm LED holder
- a 15 cm rail to mount everything on
- a 90° piece to link together two rails
- a screen
The rail has holes every 5 mm and is 15 cm long. All mounting holes are designed for M3 cylindrical head screws and Hu nuts. The tightening screws are 10 mm and the rail mounting screws are 25 mm long.
The holes to attach the rail onto your test bench/experiment table/... are spaced 105 x 42 mm.
I will soon add a light bulb mount for E10 light bulb, a screen with an F hole, and links for straight/60°/45°/30° assembly of two rails.
EDIT: re-uploaded the various lens/mirror holder to correct a small mistake (they were 9 mm thick instead of 10 mm, no big deal but in the 90° junction the space between
