DIY boompole made from a ~2,5cm (1inch?) outside diameter scaffolding (Steigerbuis) aluminum tube.
I bought the tube from a local hardware store and designed these inserts to fit seamlessly. The boompole is very sturdy and looks professional.
The first file is an endcap to close the tube.
The second file, made with techincaraibes cold-shoe is made to hold a simple microphone.
The printed parts fit seamlessly, however, I recommend gluing them to the aluminum.
