DIY Soldering Iron

I made a soldering iron using just a heating element. A Heating element is the main part of a soldering iron and can be easily found at any electronics shop. It cost much less than a soldering iron and hence can be used to make a soldering Iron.


The Total cost of the project I spent on the project is around 100
I bought the heating element for 30 INR for my local shop
the soldering tip cost 35 INR and is the only expensive thing
The case was 3D printed and the power cord was salvaged.
So all total the price is under 100 INR
