DL650 Vstrom Rain Boot

Print with the flat side down and the only supports you will need will be for the wire pass through. This is a really rough version of what I envisioned, Ill be working on improvements or compete changes I have already thought of when I have the time, but it does work.

I would recommend fastening it with a zip tie around the base to hold it onto the little lip on the 12 volt socket.

You might be able to to print with something like PETG if you enlarge it little and use electrical tape on the inside to give it some grip for the lip, IDK for sure though.
