DNA Lamp

I found these Edison LED DNA lamps on Amazon and just had to make a lamp from one. The pyramid base is reminiscent of some of the atomic age lamps. This lamp would make an excellent gift for the biologist (or mad scientist) in your life. The lamp is dimmable and quite easy to build. All the non-3d-printed parts are easily sourced from Amazon or the local big box hardware store. I suggest a silk PLA for the base, but that's your choice. The metallic blue used here was from Polymaker and the white was just a generic white Elegoo PLA.The one thing that I hope comes through in the 3mf is that using slim tree supports on the build plate on critical regions only will save quite a bit of filament. Otherwise, it's pretty vanilla.
