DnD conditions tokens

Dungeons and Dragons conditions tokens:These tokens represent all the possible conditions in DnD 5e as reported in the rule book (check them at https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/basic-rules-2014/appendix-a-conditions?srsltid=AfmBOooKD02RZxrUk6zxko0TzKaHalO-jMBNVhjZSHKgzu_Cek430Gfr). Each token is tought as a two part model which fit together with a little bit of room to be easily removed. In this way the DM might give to the players only one half, keeping the other half as a reminder that there's a player in that condition. Otherwise, it might also use them both as tokens for the players. The inside piece has the same dimension of standard bases of 32 mm scale miniature ( ~ 25 mm), thus it can be used as a representation of the character instead of the player's miniature. At the same time, the external piece can be use as a stand for the affected miniature, leaving a visual reminder of what's happening in the game.
