The threaded rod is Hillman 3/8-in x 3-ft Coarse Thread Zinc-Plated Steel Threaded Rod available at Lowes
The rods were these Mainstays 1/2" Black Filigree Knob Adjustable Single Curtain Rod Set, 28"-48” which are available at Wal-mart.
this provides both the 10mm and 13mm inner and outer rods for both the altitude and azimuth control. The adjustment knob is Hillman 3/8-in-16 x 1-3/4-in
Fluted Replacement Knobs, also available at Lowes. I had printed my own using a single nut inside fitting the threaded rod.
