Note: I've printed the previous version and taken photos with it. It really works. If you want to see lots of pix of the camera and photos it's taken, click on the FB link below.
This is the page for the Domino 4.5 camera. You print it out and add a felt strip, Graflok film back (ebay, about $10 each), a lensboard, lens, and shutter for a Graflex camera (also on ebay), and a 4x5 piece of ground glass (eBay $10-100 depending on quality) and you'll have a large-format camera for film or photographic paper. You can use whatever lens you can get or use a pinhole.
