Door Louver or Vent

Vent to be placed in a Door that is smaller than a traditional metal grate vent. Used for HVAC/mechanical room but could be used anywhere ventilation is needed. The vent size in #2 files are 6.5x2.5in and the #1 files are 6.5x4in. Four screw holes with 1/8 dia allow for easy mounting on any surface. The design I printed didn't have the center support but I found that the fins were a bit flimsy and could see them breaking off when it was taken off the print bed. The Small and large files are for finishing backers if you dont need to have any vents on one side of a door. They cover the entire width of a standard 1.375" thick door and overlap for a clean finished interior.
