Double Bar Buckle

For a cosplay purposes I needed a double bar buckle so I extended a [buckle I printed before](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2347854). For smaller sizes the thinner bar might be too weak to truly support regular use.

The buckles I printed were mostly decorative, so I cannot guarantee the stability for normal to heavy use. You might wish to strengthen it more in that case.
