Double Station Center Lock Vice

As the model's name may have suggested, this is a Center Lock Vice that can be turned into a Double Station Vice and back. The Center Lock and Double Lock are usually 2 different types of vices, but this design has managed to turn them into 1 complete vice, thus tripling its uses and cutting in half its footprint! Center Lock Vices are generally used in 5 axis machining for precise accuracy due to the self-centering nature of it, which allows you to put different sizes of stock in and still have the perfect part every time. The Double Station Vice is commonly used more in 3 axis machining because it allows the machinist to machine mirrored parts or exact duplicates, thus increasing production and profit.
