Doublesided pill box (10 compartments)

I'va had Parkinson's disease for over twenty years now, and what keeps me going is pills every two hours. That means nine doses have to be available in my pocket, plus a couple of booster doses. The largest "monolithic" box I've found so far is made for a week, one compartment per day, which is a bit funny considering the fact that 7*9=63!
My box is 20 mm thick and has a diameter of 50 mm (just under two inches). It has five usable compartments on each side, and the latest version has one black and one white lid; pm and am, respectively.
Life Pro Tip: when turning a lid, stick a finger through the hole in the opposite lid, keeping it firmly locked, that prevents accidents....
