Note about the dovetail track nut piece: I use a standard 1/4in shank, 14° angle, 1/2 profile to create the slots in a 3/4in MDF Sheet. It slides perfectly and hold the material without issue.There is also a small slot below the piece to use a t-track 1/4-20 bolt.
