Dowel Floor Lamp

A simple floor lamp design that used 1.25 in wooden dowels and an externally-routed electrical circuit to create modern, minimalist floor lamp for interior spaces.

FYI, I'm a 3D animator, not an engineer — so PLEASE you industrial design geniuses.... remix and enhance this and show me how it's done!

IMPORTANT: wood expands so I ended up needing to scale every model to 101% on all axes in the slicer to make a proper fit. I recommend starting with the small wire clip to test how your dowels fit.

IMPORTANT: Only use an LED bulb — lower wattage = less heat so it won't melt / burn your lampshade. Safety first, amiright?
