Use a generic usb-c pd trigger, set it to 20v, solder some wires to it & connect it to the input of the main pcb. Secure it by (for example) dropping some hot glue into it, while positioning it with an inserted usb-c cable. Make sure it's never gonna move again, since inserting usb-c exerts quite a bit of force. It's hard to use too much hot glue.
Remove the spacers from the main pcb & the the backplate of the lcd module & connect both.
Screw the banana plug connector into the case & connect it to the output.
Then slide the main pcb in (sideways), so that the fan & the exhaust holes line up, maybe affix the main pcb with some hot glue.
Now, take care to position the lcd cables & the other ones so the "hot" section is free and insert the lcd module in front. You should now be done. To remove it, get a screwdriver and pinch the lcd module at both sides while carefully getting it out.
