Vortex manipulator from DrWho (and also torchwood).
Used photos as ref and the [existing model](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:361366) from [PiperSA](http://www.thingiverse.com/PiperSA)
Major changes are (my interpretation):
- Leather strap goes over the middle as well as around the piece.
- Buttons are squashed spheres.
- Grill is open and has curved interior
- D-pad is integrated
- Size, shape, and position of holes, led, and screen are different.
